Once you see Torch Tiger on his bike then it's the start of Sentai footage.
These shots of Torch Tiger

are back to new footage, likely due to the fact that they didn't want to show a monster drinking what they were calling "Booster Fuel."
After Torch Tiger pours the fuel into his system, it then cuts to a close-up of his left hand as shown here

which is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
In the Power Chamber, T.J. says Shift into Turbo. Once the morphing sequences end, as soon as you see the 5 morphed Rangers all together in a group then that's another start of Sentai footage.
Once Alpha alerts the Rangers to the monster alert and T.J tells him to keep cool, it then cuts to Sentai footage of the Rangers in midair.
The torpedos are launched but it then cuts to a Sentai close-up shot of Torch Tiger's face.
