After the opening credits end, the episode starts back in new footage with a bunch of civilians running away.
This shot is when it goes to Sentai footage.
After Notacon tells the fleeing Mom (or parental figure) that he wouldn't hurt her (as in the kid she took) - there is then a cut to a shot of a male driver inside a car while he's talkin' on his cell which is new footage. However it then cuts back into Sentai footage of Notacon and the exterior of the car.
The shot of the bandaged person is also Sentai footage.
This shot of an upside down car is when it goes back to new footage however once it cuts to a shot in which it shows a close-up of a person's feet and the bottom part of their legs which includes a bandaged up left leg and foot then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage.
The following shots of the Silver Guardians in their HQ-like area is all new footage.
This shot of Notacon is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
Here's another shot of Sentai footage Interestingly enough, this is 1 of the only instances in which they use Japanese footage for Nadira.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage.
This shot of Notacon and C-bots is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
It then cuts back to new footage due to Notacon and Frax being in the same shot as the American Nadira.
I'm not sure about the shot in which Frax's Hand transforms into his Missile-Hand however the shot in which his Missile-Hand is in the same shot as Notacon is indeed Sentai footage.
After Green comes to save the day which is also Sentai footage, it'll eventually cut back to a close-up shot of Nadira. If it's a faraway shot of her then it's more than likely Sentai but the close-up shot is definitely the shot of her American actress.
After the close-up shot of the American Nadira, it then goes back to the Sentai footage of the Green Ranger fighting the very pesky C-bots.
After Green gets to Notacon, there's a following Sentai shot of the Silver Guardian SUV arriving to the scene.
The following shot of Frax reacting to this is Sentai footage however the following shot of Nadira reacting to this is new footage due to the fact that the shot is close enough to the point that you know that it's the American actress. However it then cuts back into a Sentai shot close-up of the Guardian SUV's wheels.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage.
It then cuts back to the Sentai footage of the Green Ranger fighting off the C-bots.
It then cuts to new footage of Eric's wrist (as he's wearing his Morpher)
After Eric's morph sequence ends, there's a close-up shot of the Quantum's side holster which is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
These shots   are when it goes back to new footage however once it cuts back to the Cyclobots, Frax and Nadira taking the hits then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
There's a following close-up shot of Nadira reacting to the hits in new footage. The following shot of a Silver Guardian firing his laser is also new footage however the following shot of Frax taking the blast is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
The following up-close shot of a Guardian's Laser firing is new footage however the following shot of a Cyclobot taking the blast is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
The following shot of a Guardian... no, 2 Guardians is new footage however the following shot of Notacon and the Green Ranger taking the hit is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
This shot of Nadira and Frax is also Sentai footage, this is the shot that is used before Nadira and Frax teleport away.
After Quantum asks "where did Trip go?" - the footage then cuts back into new footage.
Here's another new shot of the Controller
Once there's a up-close shot of the Controller on Notacon's head as it's giving off red energy then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage however it zooms out into new footage.
This shot is actually Sentai footage however it then cuts back into new footage because of Trip being in the same shot.
The Red Ranger fighting the C-bots is new footage as is the Yellow and Pink's fights with them however it then cuts back into Sentai footage once you see the Blue Ranger.
However it then cuts back into new footage of the Red Ranger fighting the C-bots.
This shot is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
After Frax teleports away, it then cuts to footage of Trip fighting the C-bots.
It then cuts back to a Sentai footage side shot of the Quantum Ranger.
It looks like the up-close shot of the Quantum Ranger (so that it's a front shot but you only see pretty much his helmet and some of the top part of his torso) is new footage but I can't be too sure.
The up-close shot of the button on the Quantum Defender is Sentai footage which includes the shot in which Quantum presses it.
It then cuts back to Trip which then cuts back to possible new (unsure) footage of Quantum before it cuts back to Trip once again while Red enters into the shot and takes the blast that was meant for Notacon.

After Trip tells Notacon to run which they both do, the following shot of the Quantum is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
After Quantum leaves, you will eventually see a shot of Trip.
However after you see the shot of Trip and Notacon together, you'll then see some new footage of the Quantum Ranger.
Even the close-up shot of the Quantum Defender trigger as the Quantum Ranger is getting ready to press it is new footage.
This shot of Frax is new footage.
After Frax activates the Controller using his Control Stick, it then cuts to a Sentai close-up shot of the Controller on Notacon's head.
This shot of Notacon is when it goes back to new footage.
After Trip's morph sequence ends, it then cuts to a Sentai shot of the Green Ranger in the air which is obviously when it goes back to Sentai footage.
All of the Giant footage is Sentai footage. The shot of Frax in which follows Notacon's re-shrunken treatment is also Sentai footage.
The shot of the Canister appearing over the toy Notacon is new footage as is the following shot of the lone Silver Guardian SUV.
Even the shot of the SUV driving away is new.
