Ryuuga explains once the Timeranger return to the future... which is now 3001 that the histories changed. He starts by explaining that 10 years ago Don/Gluto had a family assassinated which did not happen so Yuuri's parents and her sister are alive.
He explains that Domon can return to grappling, he was only suspended for a year which means his suspension is over. In regards to Ayase and his Oshirus Syndrome, a cure was discovered a year prior.
