Here's Mr. Mechanau
 
Basically in this episode of Timeranger, Mechanau is disguised as a human in an attempt to scam people into thinking he can predict the future and actually save them due to his psychic powers.
The whole Red/Pink going in undercover in order to investigate the fishy business happens, with Red being distracted over a girl during their undercover assignment and with Yuuri/Pink going off to investigate on her own while getting captured. Red ends up saving her however he almost leads her to her own death due to Mechanau trying to trick him into lighting a cauldron that was attached to a booby trap that would drop something on him (Tatsuya) as well as shoot something at her (Yuuri/Pink.)
