Here's another shot of the Quantum Morpher
Basically I'll label the 3 buttons beneath the top button as Q1, Q2 and Q3. He presses Q3 in order to issue a command to the Q-Rex.
He can jusst state for the Q-Rex to fire its lasers and it will.
It looks like he presses Q1 along with a voice code in order to activate Megazord Mode.
Here's the Q-Rex's Megazord Mode
It looks like he presses either Q3 or F3 (more than likely F3 but it's hard to tell) in order to tell his Megazord to fire its Missiles.
He presses the F3 button in order to tell his Megazord to send off its flying punch move.
He presses Q1 in order to activate the Max Blizzard move.
