This shot is Sentai footage however they're trying to hide it since in the Sentai footage, she would have been in what we know as her Super Dino Mode. They have also flipped the shot.
Same goes for the following shots of Donkeyvac flying in the air while falling and eventually crashing into the tennis fence/net, those shots were flipped as well.
The Hydro Regenerator Rain Cloud is Sentai footage however that's typical stock footage... but once you see Donkeyvac as a Giant then that is when it goes back to regular Sentai footage.

It then cuts to Sentai stock footage of the Thundersaurus Megazord preparing to launch its Pterarang.
Once you see the Pterarang and Giant Donkeyvac in the same shot then that is when it goes back to regular Sentai footage.
The youth returning to people is all new. The posing of the Thundersaurus Megazord is obviously Sentai footage.
