After you see the recycled shot of the Bio-Lab exterior, it then shows
you some recycled Sentai shots as well of the Silver Guardians running
down a darkened hallway and pulling out in their SUVs.
However once you see the "Space Center" sign then that is when it goes
back into new footage.
Once you see Serpicon again then that is when it goes back to Sentai
footage.

It then goes back to new footage once you see Trip.

Once Jen, Lucas, Katie and Wes morph, as soon as you see Serpicon again

Once you see an up-close shot of this graphic then it's when it
goes back to new footage.
However it then cuts back to Sentai footage as soon as you see the red
dot as seen here
After showing a little bit of the Sentai fight between Quantum and
Serpicon, you'll eventually see a cut back to Trip.

to Sentai footage.
Any shots of the countdown clock in Trip's area (the clock with the
red-colored numbers) is new footage.
It then cuts back to the Sentai footage of the Yellow Ranger trying to
keep a door open.
As Wes is beating up on some C-blots, it then cuts back to Trip. It
then cuts back to the Sentai footage of Yellow.
The shot of Quantum and Serpicon preparing for a duel to the finish, it
then cuts back to Trip.
Yes, even the shot in which the compter display graphic reads "Invalid
Access Codes" is new.
It then cuts back into Sentai footage as soon as you see the Yellow
Ranger.
After Katie tells Lucas and Jen to get the people out, it then cuts
back to new footage of Circuit.
Once you see the Red Ranger then that is when it goes back to Sentai
footage.
After Blue and Pink go through some C-bots, it then cuts back to Trip.
It then cuts back to Sentai footage of the Blue and Pink Rangers. After
Katie tells Trip to hurry, it then cuts to new footage of Circuit.
This shot appears to be Sentai
footage.
These shots are when it goes
back to new footage.
After Serpicon sparks up a bit from the Quantum Defender's blast
hitting him, it then cuts to Trip. Once you see the Yellow Ranger then
that is when it goes back to Sentai footage. After you see Red falling
down due to exhaustion, it then cuts back to Trip. It then cuts back to
Sentai footage of the Yellow and Red Rangers. It then cuts back to new
footage of Circuit and Trip. Once you see Serpicon again in the middle
of growing then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
These shots are when it goes
back to new footage.
This shot of Giant Serpicon looks to be new
footage due to reviewing the Sentai footage of him and I do not
recognize this scene from the Sentai ep at all.
Wes calls for the Time Jet in new fotage. It cuts into recycled Sentai
stock footage of the Toy Jet flying as it's growing big. There's a
recycled Sentai stock of the 5 Rangers on the Time Jet however that
recycled Sentai stock shot of them on the Time Jet was also used in the
counterpart Sentai episode.
All zord footage is Sentai footage. The shot in which Serpicon becomes
small is also Sentai footage.
This shot is actually when it
goes back to new footage which sadly means that you don't get to see
Eric use his Badge to capture the frozen Serpicon within a Canister.
