Once Trip, Jen, Katie and Wes' morph sequences end, it then starts the Sentai footage as soon as you see the Red Ranger in the air.
Here's a very bad editing job since that's actually Ayase in the shot and not Lucas.
After some fighting between the Rangers and Chameliacon, it then cuts to an American Lucas shot. After he morphs, it goes back into Sentai footage as soon as you see the Pink Ranger.
