Here's Miracon
Here's another new shot of Miracon
This shot is something that I'm currently unknown about. I want to say Sentai but I can't be too sure. After reviewing Ep 6 footage, it looks like it's new footage.
Once it cuts to the Red Ranger, that is indeed new footage.
Once you see Redeye then it's back to Sentai footage however it then cuts back to new footage of the 2 Female Rangers.
It then cuts back to Redeye in Sentai footage.

  are when it goes back to new footage.
Red also calls for the Vortex Blaster in new footage however it then cuts back into the Sentai footage of the Yellow Ranger.
They added in the shot of the Rangers firing their Vortex Blaster at Redeye which works since it's just a splice job and they don't usually show the Vortex Blaster in the same shot as the mutants anyway. The shot of Redeye exploding is new footage.
The shot of Ironspike in the Mirror World, the very first shot (we see him as being inside the mirror) is definitely Sentai footage.

This shot is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
Once Ironspike's Mirror World spirit is destroyed, it then cuts to new footage of the Rangers in the new Mirror World area where Angelcon is at.
Here's Sentai footage of Angelcon   these shots of Angelcon are when it goes back to Sentai footage.
After Angelcon is destroyed, you then see a shot of the Red Ranger in the next mirror which appears to be new footage.
Here's another new shot of Miracon
This shot is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
All of the mirrors break due to Miracon's destruction and the Rangers fall back into the real world in new footagge.
This shot is when it goes back to Sentai footage even though it's recycled Sentai footage however once you see the Toy Miracon then it's back to new footage.
