This building shot is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
After the hospital scene with Wes and Dr. Zaskin talking, it then cuts back into the Sentai footage of the zord battle.
After you see Green fighting against some C-bots, it then cuts to new footage of the black limo.
After Wes leaves the limo to go for a walk, it then cuts back into the Sentai footage of Frax.
This shot of the Energy Siphon is new footage. They made their own Energy Siphon for footage reasons.
The shots of the 5 Rangers taking the hit from the Energy Siphon is also new footage.
Once you see Circuit then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage however it cuts back into new footage once you see a shot of the unmorphed Rangers from his view however it then cuts back into the Frax Sentai footage.
After Wes chooses to help his friends, he leaves the Clock Tower and it then cuts into new footage of Frax.

After Wes breaks off the Energy Siphon, you can see a Sentai close-up shot of the Time Shadow and the Time Force Megazord Mode Blue before it cuts back into the new footage of the unmorphed Rangers fighting off C-bots.
After Wes catches his Morpher, it then cuts back into Sentai footage of Frax.
After the quick Sentai shot of Dragontron, it then cuts back to the new footage due to the unmorphed Rangers being in the shot.
There's another quick Sentai shot of Dragontron before it cuts right back into the new footage due to the unmorphed Rangers.
After the morph sequences end and the quick shot to Alex, you'll see what appears to be a Sentai group shot of the 5 Rangers.
Once it goes back to the zords then that is when it goes back to the Sentai footage from Ep 44.
It cuts to the new footage of the dying Mr. Collins.
This shot of Eric watching the zord battle is new footage.
Once it cuts to the footage of the Red Ranger (as Wes) in the Megazord cockpit then that is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage.
However it cuts back to the shot of the 6 zords leaving that need to go back to the future to recharge before it then cuts back to the new footage of the Rangers.

Even the following shots of the Time Ship is new footage.

The time vortex stuff is I'm pretty sure Sentai footage. Also the cloud shot as the vortex is closing is also I'm sure Sentai footage.
