Once you see a close-up of Cinecon's DNA patch then that is when it goes to Sentai footage. Interestingly enough that is actually the first usage of Sentai footage in this ep.
After Cinecon grows, it then cuts to new footage of the Rangers.
It then cuts back to the Sentai footage of Giant Cinecon which includes his Giant hand picking up the Rangers.
