Here is what appears to be new footage of Olympius and Bansheera
The shot of Olympius walking down the stairs in the Skull Cavern dimension is new footage due to eventually having a shot of Vypra and Diabolico spying on what's going on however the next shot of Olympius in front of the stairs is actually Sentai footage.
Once you see the Shadow World, that's the start of Sentai footage.

Once you see a close-up of the Red Ranger's glove then it's back to Sentai footage.

Obviously everything with Ryan and the Sorcerer is new footage howeve once you see the Gatekeeper in the Shadow World again, that's Sentai footage which means that it's back to Sentai footage. The quick footage of Diabolico stealing Key to the Shadow World Gate is new footage but once it cuts back to Olympius in the Shadow World then that's back to Sentai footage. It looks like the shot of Diabolico talking to Olympius is new footage on both sides but once you see a front shot of Olympius then it's back to Sentai footage. After Diabolico stops communication, it then cuts back to Sentai footage of Olympius.
The Sorcerer's Mirror Vision shows Sentai footage of the Rangers in the Shadow World. The Sorcerer's Magical Ball enters through the Mirror into the Sentai footage.
