In the Skull Cavern, after Jinxer throws the Card in the Skull Cavern, his spell had problems originally because in GoGoV, while he was reciting his spell while closer to the ground, he was whispering it the whole time whereas in Power Rangers, Jinxer never whispers it at all.
After Birdbane announces his name and says he's King of all Winged-Demon creatures, it then cuts to a shot of Jinxer on the ground, this shot of Jinxer on the ground is new footage. Once it cuts to the shots of civlians running, that's another start of Sentai footage.

The shots of the Batlings jumping into the water is more than likely Sentai footage however all shots of them swimming after the boat while the boat is in the same shot as them is new footage.
After you see the shot of Kelsey ditching her disguised outfit, you then see a shot of the boat continuing on while she's still running after it in the background. After this shot, it then cuts to a Sentai shot of Birdbane.
Once you see the thief, that's another new start of new footage.
After a morphed Yellow Ranger runs off after talking to the thief, it then cuts to a Sentai shot of Birdbane's hand.

Once you see the thief, that's another new start of new footage. After the thief says something to the monster then it cuts to a Sentai shot of Birdbane and then it zooms out into new footage due to Birdbane being in the same shot as the thief. It then cuts to a Sentai shot of the Yellow Ranger with the Blue and Green Rangers behind her. It then cuts back to new footage due to BIrdbane being in the same shot as the thief.
Once you see the shot of the Egg in the same shot of this building then it's back to Sentai footage. Once you see the thief again, that's back to new footage. Once you see the stock shot of the Red Ranger with the Rescuebird, that's back to Sentai footage.
