The shot of "Vilevine's hand trap" is actually new footage due to being in the same shot as the unmorphed Rangers which you can see here
This shot is also new footage.
After Carter stops Kelsey and warns her that it could be a trap, the next shot you see of the "hand" is Sentai footage which includes the shots of it coming to life. All shots of it coming to life is Sentai footage.
After Joel says he can't get to his Morpher, you see the shots of the hand trap moving around while it's in the same shot as them and then it cuts to a solo shot of the hand only which is new footage.

A very up-close shot of Vilevine so you can only see mostly his face is Sentai footage so that's when the Sentai footage starts back up.
The shots of Vilevine's vision of his spores injuring the citizens is new footage as in the following shot of Vilevine.

After Fairweather punches in the commands and announces Max Solarzord lifting off, it then cuts to Sentai footage of the Max Solarzord which is when the footage returns to Sentai footage. The footage keeps on switching between Sentai footage of exterior Solarzord shots and new footage due to the interior shots.
It looks like most shots of the "Solarzord" door is Sentai footage but I can't be too certain. In Lightspeed, Kelsey's seatbelt is the one that gets broken however in GoGoV, it is Matsuri's. The shot of the door closing as well as the following shot of the dead flower falling to the floor of the Solarzord is Sentai footage.
After the crew in the Aquabase cheer in celebration of the Rangers' destruction of the spores, it cuts to a Sentai shot of Batlings and Vilevine.
Once the unmorphed Rangers are there, it's the start of new footage.
Once you see the morphed Rangers, that's the start of Sentai footage.
These shots     are new footage, this had to be reshot because GoGreen hit the Batling directly in the face. Once you see Blue, that's back to Sentai footage.
This shot is the start of new footage. Once you see Yellow, that's back to Sentai footage.
This shot is the start of new footage. Once you see Red, thats' back to Sentai footage.
This shot appears to be new footage along with these shots  
After Red punches Vilevine in new footage, it then cuts to a shot of the Pink and Blue Rangers which would be Sentai footage.
