The close-up shot of Spellbinder's Staff is Sentai footage however once you see Vypra and Loki, that's definitely new footage.
This shot of Spellbinder is new footage due to being in the same shot as Vypra's American actress. The computer display of the unique planet assignment that Ms. Fairweather is looking at on the Aquabase Monitor is actually an identical display that comes from GoGoV.
This shot of Spellbinder is actually Sentai footage.
Once you see a close-up of Spellbinder's eyes glowing green, that's Sentai footage which means that it's back to Sentai footage once you see that.
The shot of the Rescuezords and Superstrain is Sentai footage.
The footage of the Red and Yellow Rangers in the building that has been caught on fire is Sentai footage however then it cuts to a shot of Vypra which is new footage. After you see Vypra, it then cuts to a shot of Spellbinder which is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
The display that Ryan is watching on the Aquabase Monitor that has "State," "Lines" and "Network in the display is also another display that's been taken from GoGoV.
After you see this shot along with the shot of Ryan leaving, it then cuts to a shot of a bunch of vehicles on the road. This shot of the vehicles is taken from GoGoV.
I can't be too sure on this since I'm not a master of analyzing shots or anything but after comparing this shot of Spellbinder and Ryan with a shot of the same monster and Mondo that was shown in this exact same area in GoGoV, it looks as if to me they edited Ryan into the Sentai footage through the use of TV magic.
After the Ryan scenes in the ceremony area, it cuts to a shot of the morphed Yellow Ranger, that shot of the Yellow Ranger is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
All remaining Spellbinder shots is Sentai footage.
This shot of the Red Ranger is new footage so this shot is when the new footage begins.
This shot is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
It cuts back to new footage because of the fact that the Red Ranger's visor is lowered and that is the same actor who plays Carter behind the opened visor.
It then cuts to a Skull Cavern shot of Olympius and Jinxer which appears to be new footage. After that Skull Cavern scene, it cuts back to Spellbinder who is still in Sentai footage.
The shot of Loki saying the destruction of Mariner Bay is finally at hand is Sentai footage.
The shot of Vypra reacting to the Rangers' firing is obviously new footage but the following next of Loki reacting to the Rangers' arrival is Sentai footage as in the shot of Spellbinder reacting to the Rangers being there so as soon as you see the Loki shot of him reacting to the Rangers' arrival, that's the start of Sentai footage.
Obviously it cuts to Vypra who has been in new footage for the majority of the episode and then it cuts to a close-up shot of a Ranger's glove which is when it goes back to Sentai footage.
The Red Ranger fighting Batlings in the ceremony room is new footage, this had to be reshot because in GoGoV, Mondo was in some of the footage so the Red Ranger fighting Batlings in the ceremony room is the start of new footage.
These shots   are Sentai footage which means it's back to Sentai footage.
All footage of the Pink and Green Rangers fighting Vypra is new.
The next footage of the Red Ranger fighting Batlings is new footage.
Once it cuts back to Spellbinder, that means it cuts back to Sentai footage.
After some Ryan and Titanium Ranger action, it cuts back into Red Ranger and Spellbinder action. The Red Ranger and Spellbinder action is Sentai footage.
It cuts back to the Titanium Ranger. The shot of the Titanium Ranger attacking Spellbinder with his weapon hasn't even been edited into the shot. The shot of a weapon stabbing Spellbinder in GoGoV had to be reshot because it was a face shot.
These shots   are back to Sentai footage.
It then cuts to a shot of the Red Ranger with his V-Lancer which is new footage.
It then cuts back to a shot of Spellbinder sparking up while the V-Lancer's blast is hitting him, this shot of Spellbinder is Sentai footage.
Once Spellbinder falls down, its cuts to a Sentai close-up of the green glow of his eyes turning off and then it cuts to a shot of the Titanium Ranger and the Red Ranger. After the Titanium Ranger and Red Ranger shot, it cuts back to a shot of Spellbinder, still on the ground however his eyes start glowing green again. All of this Spellbinder footage is Sentai footage.
Spellbinder can be partially seen in new footage in the same shot as the Titanium and Red Rangers however once it cuts to a close-up of Spellbinder, it's back to Sentai footage again.
The shot of the Green and Pink Rangers entering into the ceremony room is new footage.
This shot is when it goes back to Sentai footage. Actually it's the shot between this shot and the shot of the 6 Rangers however the in between shot I felt was too bright to take a picture of.
All Giant Spellbinder stuff is Sentai footage.
Loki reacting to the Giant Spellbinder is new footage. Vypra talking to Loki and then looking at what appears to be the Giant Spellbinder is also new footage however all Giant Spellbinder stuff is still Sentai footage.
The shot of the Red Ranger reacting to the dark cloud is new footage. The dark cloud itself is Sentai footage but the shot of Red Ranger looking up at it is new footage.
The shot of the Red Ranger calling for the zords is new footage.
