This shot of the mountain/volcano is Sentai footage.
This shot of Trifire is new footage because they had to reshoot it due to his footage in the Skull Cavern in GoGoV being unusable since practically as soon as he comes out of the Hell Mouth, his name shows up on-screen in Japanese characters.
Once you see Bansheera's spirtual form then it goes back to Sentai footage.
I'm unsure if following front shots of the bus is new footage or Sentai but I can tell you that the side shot of the bus when it stops due to the sudden earthquake is Sentai footage.
This shot is more than likely Sentai footage but the shot has been flipped.
Right now I'll have to say that this shot is more than likely new footage.
Once you see Trifire, it goes back to Sentai footage.
This shot is new footage since you never saw the "Criminal" falling out of the bus in GoGoV.
Once you see these shots   it's back to Sentai footage however the footage has been flipped.
The shot where Steve sees what a long way down it is if he were to fall is actually new footage.
All other shots of the exterior of the bus is Sentai footage unless you see Dana and Steve in the same shot as it unless otherwise stated.
Once you see these shots   then it's back to new footage.
These shots   are the start of going back to Sentai footage.
These shots of the Red Ranger   are the start of new footage.
This shot of Trifire and the Rangers is also new footage.
Once you see a close-up of Pink Ranger's boots it's back to Sentai footage.
The next time you see the bus is more than likely Sentai footage but it's difficult for me to tell if there are no obvious signs on it from the side plus the fact they end up flipping most of the Sentai shots of it however I can tell you for absolute certainty that when you see only part of the steering wheel because the camera wants to show you a view of the open road in front of the bus then that's new footage however all other exterior shots of the Bus are Sentai footage unless otherwise stated.
