This shot of Smogger appears to be new footage since in the GoGoV episode, practically as soon as he appears in his Monster Form, his name in Japanese characters appears on-screeen.

You see the Yellow and Blue Rangers briefly in new footage when they run by Brian but as soon as you see Smogger's Ball Mode, it goes right back to Sentai footage.
This shot of Yellow Ranger reacting to Smogger's explosive trick is new footage. This had to be reshot because GoYellow had his visor down so you can clearly see at least part of the human who was in the suit in GoGoV.

Some of the footage of the Red Lightspeed Cycle being lifted into the Aquabase is Sentai footage but some of it is new footage but because I don't have those specific clips, I cannot verify what scenes are Sentai and which ones are American however I can tell you for absolute certainty that as soon as you see the Yellow Ranger in the same shot as the Red Lightspeed Cycle then it's Sentai footage.
Once you see Smogger again, that is also another beginning of Sentai footage.
All of the footage of the Yellow Ranger riding on the Red Lightspeed Cycle is Sentai footage.

NOTE: Matoi is the oldest of the 5 Tatsumi kids. Mondo Tatsumi is their Father who all of them thought abandoned him but in reality he was just working on the project that involves the GoGoV and their weaponry. Matoi belongs to the Special Rescue Brigade of the Capital of the Fire Department. Nagare is the 2nd born of the Tatsumi family. He belonggss to the Chemical F.F. Brigade of the Capital Fire Department. Shou is a helicopter pilot in the Helicopter Brigade of the Capital Fire Department. Damon is a Sergeant at t he Capital Police Department. Matsuri is the youngest of the family. She belongs to the National Seaside Hospital. She's an ambulance driver and a Nurse.
