Here's new footage of the Gold Beaked Monster due to being in the same shot as the Pink Ranger and the Red Ranger. In the GoGoV episode, Pink was unavailable for most of the episode.

Previous Vehicle - Galactic Rover

This shot of Vypra while in the Skull Cavern is new footage even though you can see some of Diabolico in the same shot but whether that's actually the Diabolico costume or not is unknown.
All of the interior shots of the Skull Cavern are taken from GoGoV Episode 17.

As soon as you see Elestomp, it's the start of Sentai footage once again.
I'm pretty sure this shot is the start of new footage.
The first shot of Elestomp from his side is definitely Sentai footage however the 2nd shot is more puzzling since it would have been difficult but not impossible to use Sentai footage for that 2nd shot.  
This footage of the 5 Rangers is definitely new footage however once you see a shot of Elestomp's foot then it's back to Sentai footage.
This shot is when it goes back to new footage but once you see Elestomp again, it goes back to Sentai footage.
The shot of the Red Ranger for the Rescue Bird is new footage.
Once the scene cuts to Captain Mitchell at the Aquabase seeing on the Monitor that Vypra is back with her Vyprari, all other remaining footage is new.
