All shots of Metalasaurus with a different head on is taken from Car 31 along with the shot of Havoc bending his weapon along with Porto approaching Havoc to inform him of his discovery.
The footage of the Phantom Ranger walking while it's completely pitch black so you can't see him is all Sentai footage which includes when he fully appears.
