There was at least 1 or perhaps 2 shots of American footage of Madame Woe due to the Blue Ranger taking her gem which is shown here

In ZyuRanger, Madame Woe had been destroyed by the combination of the Blasters and the Thunder Slingers however because Power Rangers hadn't introduced the Thunder Slingers yet, they used recycled footage to make it as if the Power Blaster had destroyed her.
